I live in the Ottawa area. Can I order something online and pick it up in the store?
Yes. Simply select "in store pick-up" at checkout. There is no charge for this service.
Is your entire inventory for sale online?
You can safely assume that 99% of our stock is available online. We are constantly adding new items to the web store as we receive them, therefore a delay between what is available in store and online is possible. Taxes, duties, handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside of Canada. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt for Canadian orders or 21 days for international orders. We will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price minus shipping. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We highly recommend that you send your returns using a registered service and that you clearly label your parcel as a return. Failure to do so may incur further handling and customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer. Birling will only refund the cost of delivery if your order was incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you received it, please notify us within 8 days of receipt. Sale items, soap and underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded.
