I live in the Ottawa area. Can I order something online and pick it up in the store?
Yes. You may place an order and when selecting the shipping, select "Pick Up In Store". There is no charge for this service.
Is your entire inventory for sale online?
No, at any time we will have as much as we can online. However, to see everything we suggest you come by in person. We will be adding new items as we receive them.
Taxes and Duties
Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside of Canada. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt in the Canada and 21 days for international orders and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price minus shipping. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customers responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We highly recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage and that you clearly label your parcel as return. Failure to do so may incur further handling and customs fees which are sole responsibility of the customer. Birling will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 8 days of receipt. Sale items, Soap and Underwear cannot be Exchanged or Refunded.
