Birling the Scrapbook Shop Decks
Back in 2017, when we were building the shop, we found an old scrapbook buried in the walls. In it, we found a collection of poems, birthday cards, and curious images as well as a date – 1878. It reads as a collection of memories from a family who once lived in our shop, many years ago. These rare old prints from the late 1800s inspired our latest deck graphic, accented by Tom's hand-drawn graphic style. It's a fun way for us to combine the past with the present and to celebrate this strange relic’s connection to Birling. We’ve often wondered, and now have an answer to the question – “what if our walls could talk?”.
