It’s important for us to always incorporate a charitable component into the craziness of the holidays, and for this year, we kept things super simple. We paired up with the Ottawa Skateboard Association to donate six complete skateboards to a “Toy Mountain” collection bin. It couldn’t have been easier! There are 72 Toy Mountain drop off bins scattered throughout Ottawa. The goal of this project is “to leave no child in Ottawa without a gift to open on Christmas morning.” Each year, Toy Mountain and the Salvation Army provide toys to over 25,000 children in Ottawa! That’s amazing! We highly encourage anyone who can to contribute to this worthy cause. Simply purchase and donate a toy and place it (unwrapped) in an official Toy Mountain donation bin before Friday, December 20th. They’re looking for toys appropriate for children aged 0-12.
